We Have Moved

We decided to close the nursery and just grow stuff for ourselves. Probably the main reason was the high cost in both time and materials to ship plants (in boxes by UPS) and to keep all the plants thriving (in pots, poor things) while waiting for a permanent home.

All the content from this site may eventually get copied to a gardening section on my personal site but no new posts will be made here.

For now, I'm keeping the kiwigrower blogspot name and archived content as it is here.

Updates:
1. The last 100 plants in the nursery were donated to Steven Bell who will find homes for them at several community gardens in Atlanta, namely: East Lake garden, Dogs Head Farm run by Concrete Jungle and with the SE Horticultural Society.
2. The domain name kiwigrower.com is for sale, but I am currently and temporarily using it as a test site for our two big projects chowstalker.com and dessertstalker.com .

  1. Oh that's a shame. I'm in Decatur and I'll probably be needing to purchase a couple hardy kiwis soon because I don't think mine made it. Seems I ran across your site a bit too late.
